SWD Joins Forces with Key Partners in ANND to Champion Neurodiversity and Dyslexia

SWD has proudly announced its collaboration with SWD has proudly announced its collaboration with the Adult Network: Neurodiversity and Dyslexia (ANND), a coalition of like-minded organisations dedicated to offering guidance, support, and inspiration to the neurodiversity community. The partnership places SWD at the forefront of neurodiversity and dyslexia support for adults, and they’re proud to further showcase their unwavering commitment to raising awareness and fostering inclusivity.

Who are ANND?

ANND provide a vital platform for disseminating information to the neurodiversity community, ensuring that adults have access to the resources they need to thrive, seek support, and better understand themselves.

Through this collaboration, SWD intends to make further significant impacts on the lives of neurodivergent individuals, promoting a more inclusive and supportive future.

Donna Stevenson, neurodiversity expert, ANND webinar host and tireless neurodiversity advocate shared her thoughts on the formation of ANND:

"Those of us who were passionate about supporting neurodivergent adults realized that there wasn’t a great deal of free, expert support out there for our community. So, we decided to create it! We approached like-minded organizations, who were also valued colleagues with decades of experience.

This is how ANND was born; it came from us fulfilling a need and trying to make a difference. We have tried to create a safe space where neurodivergent folks can come join, listen to experts, ask questions, and feel a connection."
